Saxa Shade - The Perch Edition
We are proud to present our new high-end perch rod - Saxa Shade 2019! It is designed to match the trends of the Nordic perch fishing. Two different actions available, both for spinning and baitcasting reels. Two-piece construction for convinient transportation and storage.
Saxa Shade 7’3’’ 5-21 g is designed for perch fishing with wobblers, blades and soft baits. It is truly a lightweight and sensitive rod with a soft tip, manufactured with the most high-quality components. The total weight of this rod is just 102 grams.
Saxa Shade 7’3’’ 10-30 g is the tool for big perch! It also performs nicely for zander fishing. With this rod you can cast spinner baits, blades and soft baits with heavy jig heads. The rod has a medium soft tip for perch, but at the same time a strong backbone for hooking the biggest zanders. Weight is 108 grams.
Saxa Shade - The Pike Edition
The lightweight of the heavyweight class! These rods are designed for the big soft rubber baits and jerkbaits, which are really popular for pike in the Northern Europe. The blanks are made of 40ton carbon fiber and have a set of Japanese Fuji guides and a Fuji reel seat. The reel seats are designed so that you fit your finger on the blank. The guides on these rods are small and light to guide the line as close to the blank as possible. That’s why you can feel even the slightest nibbles!
Saxa Shade 7’7’’ 30-90 g is one of the most lightweight pike rods ever made! It weights just 138 grams. But it’s still a 100% pike rod! A perfect rod for casting basic-sized jerkbaits, downsize softbaits and well - allmost everything. This rod is the absolute favorite of the Saxa fishing team!
Saxa Shade 8’2’’ 40-120 g has a strong backbone mixed with a soft action tip to provide some flex with the heavy braided lines. The backbone on this rod really shows the fish who the boss is! Weighing only 168 g, it is really comfortable tool to fish with, yet it has the power to cast full 120 g. Real all-round pike rod for every angler!
Saxa Shade 8’4’’ max 170 g is the big gun for the biggest crocodiles! It easily casts 170 g lures - go even over that, if you want! Still it’s not too heavy rod, the weight is only 205 grams. The rear handle is longer for casting the heaviest lures and the bigger front handle helps you to reel the musky style. The Fuji heavy-duty reel seat helps you cast big soft plastics.
Saxa Shade rods have 40ton carbon fiber blank with Japanese Fuji components. All Saxa Shade rods have a 3-year warranty.
